COVID-19 Protocol to Keep You Safe

We’re back, and continuing to add more protocol to keep everyone safe and healthy! We follow all CDC and OSHA Guidelines and Recommendations on strict infection control procedures, routine cleaning, and disinfection strategies. We consistently exceed these standards to maintain the highest level of safety.

Protection for Our Patients and Staff

We have worked hard to make the necessary changes in our office to protect our patients and our staff. We have been able to secure all recommended PPE. All clinical staff wear head coverings, surgical gowns, and, when needed, face shields or eye shields. In addition, we have installed surgically clean air purifiers and UV disinfection in each treatment room.

New Check-In Process

We do require that everyone wear masks while entering and walking through our office. When you call and schedule an appointment, our front desk staff will go over our new protocols with you. Prior to your appointment, you will receive a phone call to inform you of your upcoming charges. This will allow you to make payment arrangements over the phone, avoiding additional unnecessary contact while in the office. Both of our front desk positions have been outfitted with Plexiglas® to keep contact safe.
